Picnic at Hanging Rock (Naama Heiman / 45 min. / 2021)

The door is closed. Behind it: the protagonist of the film. Biniam, the Israeli director’s roommate, evades the camera. He has his own plans for the lockdown. Thrown back on herself, Naama films her disappointment and her loneliness in the phlegmatic bourgeois Cologne-Bickendorf. She reminisces about the person who exists as a ghost in the room next door. „All that remains is my voice-over.“ And the pigeons on the balcony.
