How do filmmakers look at Brandenburg? With friendship, arbitrariness, arrogance? With productive or annoying creativity? The polarities between city and countryside are increasing. And there are state elections in September – a party with a segregating understanding of culture is forecast to be the strongest force. Time for Brandenburg to become an issue!
