The celebration for René begins at 17:00 with a ballroom by the House of St. Laurent: Give Me Life: The Free Agent Kiki Ball. Ballroom sees itself as a „Celebration of Life“. The scene emerged from the Afro and Latin American LGBTIQ+ community. In the ballroom scene, various groups (so-called houses) compete against each other in different categories as part of balls. Kiki is a special sub-category that creates space for young and new community members.

Due to weather conditions, the Ballroom takes place in the Sternfoyer of the Volksbühne due to the weather: Capacity is therefore unfortunately severely limited.

The celebration on stage with the ensemble and guests begins at 19:30. There will be a live broadcast of the events on stage in the Red Salon, the Green Salon and the Sternfoyer.

Admission to the theatre is only possible with a valid ticket.
