An experience for professional and semi-professional dancers led by the Artistic Director Monika Błaszczak. This workshop will take you deep into the heart of Monika’s Dance World, where you’ll explore an innovative movement concept called “The Inverted Portal”. Move into a creative space where performance is an internal experience, focusing on the inner, personal exploration without an external audience. Feel your body come alive with new possibilities as you play with tactile sensitivity, imagination, and performative agency. Limited to just 30 spots, this workshop is an intimate and immersive way to connect with your dance practice in a fresh, profound way.
