Jubiläumskonzert: 50 Jahre Barbara Thalheim. Ein Abend mit Freund:innen

Not that Barbara Thalheim would ever describe herself in these terms, but the ‘grande dame of enlightened chanson‘ still has plenty to sing and balladeer about – a lifetime’s worth of experience and a treasure trove of stories. An independent thinker with a critical eye, she looks at the in-/consistencies and radical changes in her life full of musical achievements and political engagement on and off stage.

The Berlin-based singer-songwriter plays a guest performance at the Volksbühne together with friends, favourite musicians and colleagues of the past 50 years as a performer. “Her“ quite famous string quartet from the 1970s period are guaranteed to be there as well as Gerhard Schöne and Alexander Scheer.
