FASIA – das letzte Jahr

Von Elisabeth Gers

Fasia is in a vigilant coma, disconnected from the real world and external circumstances, in which she remains a political resistance of sorts. Fasia remembers who she is and the life she has lived. The doctors are about to turn off the machines and remove the feeding tube. Fasia Jansen, the Afro-German who spent her childhood under National Socialist rule, who survived medical experiments and forced labour in a Nazi concentration camp suffering from a severe heart condition, is, however, not left alone in this situation. An inner circle of women close to her, companions and ex-lovers are tending to her, trying to keep her alive, force-feeding her and bickering over inheritances.

Until Fasia awakes from the coma. Mad as hell.
