Die Einsamkeit der Großstädter*innen

Karate (Margarita Breitkreiz), a 40-year-old single woman, is using dating apps such as Tinder, OKCupid and Badoo to make contact with ten different women, some of whom she meets to escape the desert of loneliness in this city of post-pandemic crises. These encounters teach her a lot about life, complex relationships, loneliness, and herself.

The hybrid docu-feature film lives off the dialogues resulting from real chat conversations between the women as they get talking to each other.
