Del be Del (heart to heart)
دل به دل
Iran is living through extreme violence, loss, and silence enforced by internet shutdowns. Numbers are unclear, but the scale of death, detention, and fear is undeniable. For those inside Iran — and those watching from exile — the nervous system is under constant attack.
Many of us are exhausted, overwhelmed, angry, and grieving. This is not weakness. It is the cost of staying awake to reality.
It is a grounding space — a temporary container where the body can release overload, come out of fight-or-freeze, and regain enough stability to continue.
Through sound, breath, and stillness, we allow:
• the nervous system to settle
• grief to exist without being rushed
• anger to transform into clarity rather than numbness
Grounding is not giving up.
A regulated body is a form of resistance.
This space is for Iranians and non-Iranians who are affected, witnessing, and carrying this weight — and who need a moment to stand again.
Join us for a solidarity event.
