April Twelves – experimental music & meditative session

April Twelves is an experimental duo with UK violinist Alice Barron and Norwegian string-wizard Ole Andre Farstad. Together they create original music for prepared sarods, violins, viola, slide guitar and electronics. They explore the colours, textures and resonances from encounters with Indian classical instruments through improvisation an exploration. April Twelves make slow music for an immersive and inquisitive listening experience, and we recommend the audience to enjoy the concert lying down if possible.
