The undead don’t just exist in films and TV series. We see them every day in our offices, in fitness studios, in online formats, shopping malls and even on the tube. Moving bodies with hardly any life in their fixed gaze. Mouths that speak without wit nor esprit. And there is also the opposite: Bodies that are fading away full of soul and life. With soma and psyche out of sync. The concept of undead challenges us to explore the realm of these in-between states. What is undead? What does afterlife mean? What do zombies and coma patients dream of? And how full of life are we ourselves at all?
