Tawabil Project: A Sonic Journey through Orient, Jazz, and Flamenco

We are delighted to announce the highly anticipated record release concert by „Tawabil Project“, a true musical highlight.

The creative trio presents their unique fusion of sounds from the Oriental musical tradition, jazz, and flamenco. Their music is a passionate collage of cultures and styles that merge into a harmonious and distinctive soundscape.

The ensemble consists of the virtuoso Syrian violinist Ayman Hlal, the innovative guitarist from Berlin, Jonas Fehrenberg, and the accordionist Wesam Karema, also hailing from Syria. Their collaboration serves as a vibrant example of the universal language of music, building bridges between different worlds.

A notable feature of „Tawabil Project“ is the synergy between Ayman Hlal’s captivating violin performance, marked by emotional depth and virtuosity, and Jonas Fehrenberg’s ability to infuse the Oriental melodies of his fellow musicians with vibrant flamenco techniques, captivating rhythms, and surprising harmonic shifts. This musical chemistry was cultivated during their shared time with the flamenco band Azuleo, lending the project its unique intensity. Wesam Karema’s empathetic accordion playing completes the sonic landscape, imparting a special, almost symphonic depth and sensuality.

On this evening, „Tawabil Project“ will present their debut album, featuring exclusively their original compositions. The record release concert by „Tawabil Project“ promises an unforgettable journey through cultures and sonic landscapes. Tickets are now available and should be acquired in advance to ensure you don’t miss out on this extraordinary musical experience.
