Once a month, our Red Salon at Volksbühne on the Rosa-­Luxemburg-Platz offers a stage for artists in exile who are in transit or want to stay and for those who have just arrived or have always been here.

Stage In Progress is a restless place and will be transformed and played on by a wide variety of artists. Away from patriotic superstition, the aim is to create a place for reflection and distraction, for critical questioning and listening.
