
Highlighting BIPOC artists in their art forms. It’s about the fact that we have the feeling that artists with an Afro-diasporic background are always just guest acts at events or always play a supporting role. We have a vision to change this and not only celebrate our people on a specific month like Black History Month, but regularly as it should be.
Our idea is to create a series of events out of it. Each event can have its own focus. From art and design, fashion, panel talks, panel discussions to short film screenings and performance and music acts. Of course, the focus of the artists is limited to BIPOC for the time being, but it should be open to the public. The aim is to celebrate and appreciate afro diasporic artists.
For the first event, we have artists from the following disciplines: Music, Singing, poetry and art.
