MikroHiejazz | La Caravane du Maghreb

La Caravane du Maghreb, a Berlin-based fusion band, interprets traditional North African Gnawa, Malhoun, Chaabi, and Rai music. The lineup featuring Redha Bendib (ALG), Miloud Messabih (ALG), David Beck (DEU), and Belbachir Youssef (MAR) has been playing together for several years. Kanishka Sarkar (IND) joined the band in 2022, and with his synthesizers and production style, the sound expanded into a more modern electro fusion, resulting in an even more diverse and captivating musical experience. Immerse yourself in the diverse sounds of the Maghreb and join us on an unforgettable musical journey where traditional sounds meet modern electro world pop/dance sounds!
