BVSN is an artist collective comprising Nas Tea, blythe, Chaos Angel and Bahar Kygsz, founded in the summer of 2022. Their show was part of the conceptual dinner Dreams by Chris Paxton, in Kwia, Berlin, where they fused improvisational electronic sounds with eerie vocals, DJ’ing and ritualistic story-telling, creating a meditative environment for those in attendance. Their latest work titled The Light of the Abyss, explores different worlds between reality and dreams, spatial and temporal distances. Collaborating with other musicians in this piece, BVSN, located in Berlin, London, Zurich and Marseille, draw from the inspirations of their respective cities, combining club sounds with natural elements and industrial samples. It is an exploration of how we dream with others when we are physically distant and how different worlds are connected through shared sounds, smells, movements and fantasies.
