WIR SIND HIER!

The educational program against antiziganism WIR SIND HIER! by RomaTrial e.V. invites you to a final evening together in the Grüner Salon and wants to show its best side once again.

On November 4, starting at 5 pm, we will be presenting the project’s final brochure to the public and inviting lively discussions.

The project was active for five years in Berlin, Brandenburg and Saxony and developed various methods for combating antiziganism and tested them in more than 80 workshops. At the end of the funding period, we would like to mobilize all interested people once again and spend a fitting evening with you. There will be plenty of room for discussion over snacks and drinks. In addition, a photo exhibition will document the work of WIR SIND HIER! and the “boys from CHB” will get us dancing with their rap and get us in the mood for the International Day of the Romani Language in a skillfully elegant way.

UNESCO proclaimed 5 November as World Romani Language Day in 2015 to promote the preservation of the Romani language and culture, increase the visibility of the Roma* population and recognize the importance of all languages, whose diversity is a source of resilience for all societies that share them.
