Impulse talk and curated networking: On a film set, high artistic expectations meet constantly reduced budgets. What could working conditions look like in which all filmmakers are welcome? In addition to structurally changing factors, we also want to consider the psychological aspects. We are part of the industry and therefore part of a system that we create. How do we want to work? The second part of our network meeting focuses on curated networking.
