A Song For You presents Matriarch, their first live performance, in full effect, at Volksbühne on March 8, 2023. Falling on International Women’s Day – ASFY will be expressing, through song, movement and visual mediums for your soul.

A Song For You is a Berlin based vocal ensemble project, made up of 50+ vocalists and a revolving band, which emphasizes the collaborative spirit within the Berlin neo-soul/RnB/HipHop scene. The project was formed by singer Noah Slee and creative director Dhanesh Jayaselan, with the emphasis to amplify the talent that lies within the cities‘ live soulful music scene, and to furthermore create a space and platform for underrepresented voices to be heard at the forefront of their own artistic medium.

A Song For You will be performing an array of unreleased music off their upcoming debut album “Home”, with groundbreaking production by S. Fidelity and collaborations from artists such as Theo Croker, Annahstasia, Moses Yoofee, Madison McFerrin, Henry Watford, Symphony Orchestra of Toulouse, GREEDO, and more.Their debut performance is not one to be missed, as the group will be inviting some select special guests to perform alongside them.
