Are letters a means to dive into the dynamics of Berlin’s world famous dancescape? Curious, dance writers Franz Anton Cramer and Astrid Kaminski invited artists to engage in a written exchange with colleagues of their choice. After presenting the first very touching results earlier this year, the scene now gathers in a new setting at Roter Salon for part II: On Love, Family- and Community-Building.

Why are some people dancers and others not?
Is there a space for late bloomers?
Who made Peter Pleyer a man and how?
Is Constanza Macras a mother?
What is the story of the “hermaphrodite promesse”?
Is Sergiu Matis going to be an eco-terrorist?
How are men at home in their bodies?
Beyond masturbation, how do you experience self-intimacy?
Who did bone sex workshops?
How will the next cult look like?

In “Letters Of… Part II” these questions and other mysteries might be unveiled. Come and listen! The evening will be mainly in English language, with a short passage in German.

Entrance is free. Since seating is limited, reservation is mandatory until May 20th, 10:00 am, please mail to
